“Although the globe itself looks as pictured, the ceiling rose that is not pictured is a plastic tacky thing that does not come with any ceiling fixing hooks/brackets. This costs more for installation and runs the risk of the weight of the globe itself not being supported properly.”

“I recently bought three of the Alba Pro lights from Lampsy. I was very pleased with the fast shipping and safe packaging. Add to that the fact that they had these lights cheaper than elsewhere and I’m very happy with the company. The lights themselves are sleek and minimalistic in style. I particularly liked that they are directional so I can aim the light at the areas most needed. Their functionality and style combine to make an impression without dominating a space.”

“I ordered a light over two weeks ago,not received it, received any notification of expected date and no reply to enquiries as to where the order is. Very poor and will be looking for my money back unless it is guaranteed delivery soon. Should have gone to a reputable company”

“I recently bought 3 Alba Pro LED ceiling lights from Lampsy. They were better priced than others selling the same model. They arrived quickly and safely packaged. They are directional and perfect in my hall. I’m very happy with them and with Lampsy. I’d happily order from them again.”

“Delivery times are misleading on their website. The say 5 days but after 5 days I had to chase where is my delivery and they said that it will take another 5 days to deliver.”

Hello, I'm sorry that you found the delivery times misleading. Our standard 5 day delivery takes 5 working days and is free when you spend £75. If you need items urgently, we also offer a next day delivery service. We've made some changes to our website, so that it's a little clearer the delivery service is 5 working rather than calendar days. Gayle

“we recently purchase two beautiful ceiling pendants from Lampsy. They arrived very quickly; one was a little damaged, after sending photos to Lynn in Customer Services a replacement, I was told, was on its way that day - excellent company and service compared to the very poor customer service we received from Décor lighting”
