“The service from Lynn at Lampsy was excellent. The lamps arrived next day as requested. The only reason I haven’t scored Lamar as excellent is that the lamps come with non-replaceable light source which means once that reaches end of life the whole thing has to be thrown away.”

“Extremely impressed with delivery time and quality of product. We haven’t fitted the two pendant light shades yet but they’re a perfect colour match to the paint used on some walls in our living space (Dulux cygnet feather). Very pleased!”

“Product was nice but it was obviously a return. The frame was a little scratched and the screws had been worn down and only just turned. Was disappointed Edit - I’ve been invited to change my review. I won’t be. The item was fine but wasn’t up to expectations. I stand by my review and won’t order from Lampsy again”

“We ordered the Grant 3 Light Semi-flush Ceiling Light from Lampsy and it took a little too long to arrive. The light is nice but the globes were tricky to attach. We managed it, and the ceiling light looks good.”

“Bought plug in wall light specifically because it came with fabric cable… arrived with black plastic cable!! Nice, quality light but spoilt by the cheap flex. Disappointing, although customer service was good, offering to arrange collection or send a return label.”
