“Delivery was very quick and the best price I could find for 2x Blokhus Wall Lights in Stainless Steel. The items are ok and look ok but the quality isn’t what I expected. The wall screws all were very poor and cheap. The covered dome bolts that hold the front to the wall were poor and two out of four missed the thread stage so they have normal bolts until I can find replacements. The back of the bolts are held only by the plastic back so one is now spinning so the only way to ever remove the light will damage the unit. I fit these Christmas week and have decided just to live with them. I will use Lampsy again although I didn’t contact them about the issues I can’t say how they would responded but the actual lights would only get 2 or 3 stars which is a shame because they look nice.”

“Lampsy is great. Product range, website, delivery service, all excellent. The lights supplied, (Design for the People, Nordlux) however, could so easily be improved by using fabric cable rather than plastic. This seems an easy fix, so why not do it?”

“Really pleased with the quality. Great customer service and fast delivery. Very easy to fit and has a great mood light fixture which works with our regular light switch. Only issue we had was the wire was 2meters long so it was tricky to fit all the extra wire in the ceiling rose.”

“Good products, amazing price however shipping was very slow. Website said 4-6 days but it took a week before dispatch. Took 10 days to receive products in all but wasn’t an issue for me, just something to be aware of if ordering and in a rush”

“Slight confusion on delivery timescales. Felt like we ordered these gorgeous lights and then didn’t hear anything for a while before delivery. Well worth it though as they look AMAZING! And brilliant quality.”
