It's one thing not to provide a bulb with the lamp, but to not even provide the mounting screws (for a wall lamp) is another thing entirely. Having to manually wire the power cord into the plug myself was a first as well. And I consider myself fairly competent at following flat-pack type instructions but the instructions with this were so tiny as to be barely legible. I managed to 'build' the lamp but had to book a handyman to mount to the wall owing to lack of screws for that part. I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks once I finally get it mounted!

THE PRODUCT IS LOVELY BUT IT WAS MISDIRECTED AND TOOK OVER A MONTH TO RECTIFY.

Lamps received both had previously open boxes and the items were both scratched. Applied for replacement items so fingers crossed.

Returns is a phaff! Been told I need to wait 2-3 days for return to be reviewsed. Can’t get to speak to anyone. Online chat says I am connecting but nothing ten mins later. Now I can’t find my order number as not on any emails sent. All emails received are from delivery company and feedback

Incomplete order, but the team did alert me, so that was fine One piece was broken, but the return form was easy, so I’m willing to let that pass as well But am still waiting for “Return Approval”! Really, I. This day and age? For a broken Item? Not good at all

Fairly disappointed really. Ordered 3 fittings waited almost 2 weeks for 2 of them to arrive. Third fitting arrived a week later damaged and marked which looked like it was trued to be covered up or coloured in?! Overall not really happy with Lampsy.

Poor communication and delayed delivery. Onus is on me to enquire about whereabouts of a product rather than getting regular updates. No phone number to call.

Really happy the lamps have finally been delivered having taken 5 weeks from ordering.I was not told there was a delay until I emailed and questioned delivery.A lack of communication and no direct contact telephone number makes it very difficult for the customer.

Ordered an item with 3-5day delivery time. After day 7 I contacted to ask if there was an issue, incredibly 3hours later I received a notification to say it had been dispatched. 24hours later I received a response to my email stating they’d already dispatched it and no apology for the delay. I also noted the DPD sticker had a ‘next day delivery’ on it. Poor delivery and poor communication

I am very happy with my lamp but was disappointed with the delivery. I was expecting it within 4-5 working days. It wasn’t even dispatched by the end of the 5th working day. I placed an order with Nordic Nest, Germany at the same day I ordered from you, and I received it before yours and it was free of charge. 🤔

After waiting 11 days for these items to be delivered, I was not impressed to find that at least one of them had been 'out of its box' previously. This item arrived with no fixing screws or plugs, and the cable had been disconnected from the connection block in the wall mount. I can cope with this, but I will be wary about buying from Lampsy again.

The lamp was sent quickly, but the quality compare to other products on the market is poor. Also, if you want to return the product you need to wait a few days for a return label to be sent and pay the postage yourself. Most companies has free of charge return. Don't recommend!

The product was just OK. A little expensive for the quality. The delivery was very late. It only got sent out the day after I queried where it was via email.
