“The desk lamp that i received when i took it out of the wrapping is damaged. Upon notification Lampsy apologised and promptly offered either a refund/ exchange being keen to put things right. I was impressed by this prompt approach and positive customer service. Thankyou for your help. Thankyou”

“Terrible customer service, poor communication They take your order and your money, then you don't hear from them for days, and when you enquire, your email gets answered a week later telling you they are out of stock (for a product that was listed IN STOCK online) pure deception to generate more cash flow”

“Delivery is not acceptable. Dpd do not allow your I choose a suitabkentiday to deliver or to reschedule a delivery. Now I have to go and pick up the parcel from miles away which is very inconvenient”
