“10 days after an email indicating the items were dispatched we still haven’t received them-so I can’t really rate the experience in any more detail that that at this point.”

“I was really excited about the order. However, it's been already 13 since I purchased the lamp and still no information on how long it will take to deliver it. All that along with the fact that I had to write 2 emails to support to track the order. I really hope it'll worth it.”

“Ordered a lamp which was broken. Was told I had to take the said lamp to a collection point and reorder another lamp. Paid twice never recieved new lamp even though it said it was in stock so have cancelled order and reoredered elsewhere. Still waiting for a refund for 2 lamps!!! Shocking service.”
