“Very good service. Part of my order was on back order and Lynn was excellent in answering my requests for updates. The only thing wrong was that in two of the boxes the hook and wall plug were missing…picture attached. This is obviously at packing at the manufacturer. It didn’t impact our installation but thought I would mention it for future quality control.”

“Nice light fitting. Looks great installed. Be warned that the cables for each light are approx 2metres in length - much longer than implied in the photos. This made it difficult to get the lights to the right height. You also don't need very high watt bubs as it gives off quite a lot of light.”

“Assembled quite easily and looks good when fitted. Two 35mm clear washers were provided - but no instructions where they were to be fitted. Assumed they were to fit around the glass shades, but here they just flop and do nothing. The two wall fixing screws were "dome heads" giving poor turning torque and easily damaged when being fitted. These screws are not visible when lamp is finally fitted. Discarded and counter sunk screws used.”

“Presale service was excellent. Delivery was on time and we are very pleased with our bulbs. However, there are few minor marks inside them which are no doubt due to the manufacturing process. But there is no point in reordering as i feel we may receive similar defects in others if not slightly worse. So decided to keep what we have.”

“A lovely looking lamp, amazing quality and came quickly. My only criticism is that the lamp requires a specialist bumb, which should come with the lamp. Now i will have to search online elsewhere to find this specialist bulb which is quite annoying. I havent even been able to turn it on yet.”

“Very pleased with purchase, but two things could easily be improved; let purchasers know you can supply the bulbs - I didn’t see anywhere to order bulbs so went to Amazon and the other is let us know when shipping is likely. Currently it’s a dead zone until it actually ships several days later - even then there’s no indication of how long shipping will take.”
