the colours advertised are not as delivered. Taupe was dark brown and cream is white!!!

The light was too big however I was disappointed to see I would have to pay £12.99 to return it. With so many online companies offering free returns I will not be buying from Lampsy again.

Delivered a quality product as promised, however enough fragile plastic sticky tape was used to glue together ten different deliveries, not good for the planet

The online experience and service has been absolutely fine however I am very unimpressed by the quality of the light fitting itself. In particular the ceiling rose is very cheap plastic with sharp edges and just looks poor.

Item is good quality customer service is poor. Order was not dispatched for over a week due to processing issues although paid for express delivery. Took a week to get response to three separate contacts.

Item arrived without a screw to attach the main body to the base. Returns are at your own expense. No response to an initial enquiry. Very nice website and products are excellent, but needs the customer service to match the shop window.

I placed an order for the Contina Swing Arm Lamp yesterday, which advised delivery within the week. After placing the order, I received an email from Lampsy to advise the product would be re-stocked from the 7th April and delivered to me then instead. There was no option given in the email to cancel the order at this stage and I've since emailed to cancel the order but not yet heard anything back. I think its unacceptable to not provide an easy cancellation route if the product is not available for 2 months after originally guaranteed.

Nice-looking, weighted pendant lamp and reliable delivery from Lampsy but inadequate, poorly designed fixings for installing the very heavy thing correctly and tidily - only reason I didn't send it back was because my partner had the tools and the knowledge to adjust them sufficiently!

Ordered a floor reading lamp and it was out of stock. No problem, happy to wait the 7-10days it’s due back in stock. Three days later it arrives. The base had a 4cm scratch. It was going in the corner behind the sofa so I thought build it and see if it’s noticeable and bothers you. The hassle of returning it seems to much. However, the plug pin was broken and this may have caused the scratch as it only had a thin plastic bag protecting it. Plug is adapted to fit Uk market. They won’t replace, I have to send back, buy again. And pay for postage. Email via customer service was good regular but disappointed overall with product

Ordered and paid for my first item to then receive an email saying it’s out of stock and yourll send it as soon as it’s back in stock.. so I had to ask for a refund as I needed it before Christmas. I then ordered a different lamp which arrived in time for Christmas but when the recipient opened it it was more like a dark grey/charcoal colour not ‘black’ as advertised

Two lamps that were meant for the bathroom went rusty within a couple of months. I contacted Lampsy, they were polite but refused to give me a refund and instead sent exactly the same lamps. There had been no change in the manufacturing process and no reason to believe they wouldn’t go rusty again. I am reluctant to pay for an electrician to replace them again if they will end up rusting again. I would have rather had a refund and purchased another lamp.

The speed of service and communication was good. However, when the product arrived it was light grey rather than charcoal grey as shown on your website. I therefore had to return it (and pay for the postage). Therefore I wouldn't order from Lampsy again as I do not feel confident in the representation of your photography of your products. Maybe this is something you could improve?

Hello Alison, Our cut-off for next day delivery is currently 2pm. As you placed your order at 4.14pm we were unable to dispatch your order until the following day. Your order was subsequently delivered the day after dispatch, so it was delivered on-time. We include this information at checkout when selecting a delivery option and it's also on our delivery information page - https://www.lampsy.com/pages/delivery. I've taken a look at the Eik wall light and it's correctly described and we do include the dimensions in the specifications for you to check that it's suitable before purchasing. Placed two orders with Lampsy. First order arrived extremely quickly (within 1 working day) as I had a good experience with this, I decided to order more products from Lampsy rather than with a competitor. Unfortunately the second experience has not been as smooth. The second order was quoted as 5 - 7 days with an arrival date on their website that supported this. The order was dispatched but only partially fulfilled leaving it 50% incomplete. It also took 9 working days to arrive. The remain parts of the order (light bulbs) have yet to arrive and still no idea when this will arrive. Leaving me with a product that I can not fit nor book an electrician to fit as I have no visibility on when it will be dispatched.
