“Very good service. Part of my order was on back order and Lynn was excellent in answering my requests for updates. The only thing wrong was that in two of the boxes the hook and wall plug were missing…picture attached. This is obviously at packing at the manufacturer. It didn’t impact our installation but thought I would mention it for future quality control.”

“I ordered four lamps in April and have only revived the second two now in June. I’ve had to chase.no communication volunteered from Lampsy. Been working without adequate light for two months. Really poor service.”

“Very pleased with the lights. Arrived quickly and love the three switch feature that gives lots of alternatives in lighting. Less hassle than a dimmer and the protruding lights mean they went onto a ceiling with a very shallow space in the joists. Top notch.”

“This review is not for a product. It is for the service received from Lampsy. I ordered an item but did it get an estimated delivery date. After 5 days, I sent an email requesting delivery details and then, voila, received a dispatch email. I didn’t like the item so I decided to return it. I believe that the cost for me to return it was £12.95, but this is not detailed anywhere in the return email information. I was sent a return label for DPD. This detailed pick up stores on it, not correct as I needed drop off. So I clicked on the Hermes link which Lampsy sent to me, which took me to the Evri website. I was confused as to which company I was supposed to use. I went to my nearest Evri drop off - 30 minutes round trip by car! They said that I needed to go to the DPD drop off. What a fiasco. I spent way too much time dealing with this and I had to pay for it! Sorry Lampsy. I don’t recommend your service.”

“Well, being asked to write a review before the item has arrived says it all. Ordered on May 23 and still not here. Ordered something else from a similar company…arrived in two days. I’m sure all is ok but Lampsy need to get their dispatching sorted otherwise they will fall behind competitors service.”
