“The bulbs arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately they wouldn’t fit in our shades. Returns process is straightforward and simple, refunded in a timely manner. Thank you.”

“Nice light fitting. Looks great installed. Be warned that the cables for each light are approx 2metres in length - much longer than implied in the photos. This made it difficult to get the lights to the right height. You also don't need very high watt bubs as it gives off quite a lot of light.”

“Website suggested delivery 3-5 working days. After 1 week nothing. They don't answer the phone so chased via email and got a corporate type response stating that they were meeting delivery timscales but then contradicted themselves by saying when they didn't meet them they'd dispatch via next day delivery. Then said I'd receive the item by the end of the week. Another week passed before it was even dispatched. They did at least send it next day.”

“Very quick delivery, however there were no picture of the ceiling rose which wasn’t great quality so I sent it back, and had to pay £12 for returns delivery which I think is too much and would put me off ordering again in case I didn’t like the lights. Also the listed locations were wrong for returns so I went to the wrong shop to return the light and had to go somewhere else carrying a giant box With a six month old baby in tow which was not fun! And I had to pay for that! A shame because most other lights look lovely.”

“I haven’t received the order or any explanation from Lampsy and you’re already asking for feedback! DPD tracking says the order details have been received but not the parcel which should have arrived with me yesterday. Not impressed!”

“Ordered my hanging bedside lights from Lampsy after looking at many many websites but these caught my eye at how beautiful they were but also how affordable! Super quick delivery, had no issues at all Will definitely be using Lampsy again as they just seem to exceed all of the other lighting websites around!”
