“I love this lamp. I use it as a night light in my hallway at the moment rather than an outside light. It's a perfect size with good light levels and looks fab hanging from its hook.”

“I recently purchased an item from Lampsy, which I needed promptly. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Initially, the website malfunctioned during my order; it processed my payment without capturing my address correctly. When I brought this to their attention, responsibility for the website error was not acknowledged. Despite my efforts to confirm a delivery date, I was left without clear information. When I sought to cancel my order and request a refund due to this uncertainty, I was informed that neither was possible. To add to the confusion, I was later told the order was dispatched, but it never reached me. As a customer, this situation is quite distressing. My money has been taken, but I've neither received the service promised nor the item I paid for. While I understand that mistakes happen, the lack of clear communication and resolution from Lampsy has been disappointing. I had high hopes for my experience with this company but based on this incident, I cannot in good faith recommend their service. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that future customers will see improvements in service reliability and communication.”

“Very pleased with my lamp. I wanted something with an art deco feel for my kitchen and this fitted the bill perfectly. It is well made, sturdy and stylish. Delivered on time and safely packaged. No complaints at all.”
