“Ordered a lamp which was broken. Was told I had to take the said lamp to a collection point and reorder another lamp. Paid twice never recieved new lamp even though it said it was in stock so have cancelled order and reoredered elsewhere. Still waiting for a refund for 2 lamps!!! Shocking service.”

“The lamp I received does not work very well as the glass part does not screw onto the base correctly. I did email Lampsy to raise this however, they just advised for me to return it if I was not happy. I have chosen to keep the lamp as I have to fund the cost to return it even though the fault is theirs.”
