“Like the lamp. Great it’s dimmable and did not realise it dims only with on/off switch so not suitable for our needs. Expensive to return so decided to keep it for future use somewhere else.”

“Excellent service, good variety of lighting, more than helpful staff. Unlike other firms lampsy has an amazing communication with customers! I had a problem when ordering, sent a complaining email and was contacted next day by Michael. He sorted out the problem and I was able to order my two wall lights. Good business as I had already cancelled my order and only reordered due to Michael's intervention. many thanks to him an asset to the Lampsy business !!!”

“Ordered and paid for my first item to then receive an email saying it’s out of stock and yourll send it as soon as it’s back in stock.. so I had to ask for a refund as I needed it before Christmas. I then ordered a different lamp which arrived in time for Christmas but when the recipient opened it it was more like a dark grey/charcoal colour not ‘black’ as advertised”

“The lamp is ok, but the support legs are really too flimsy for the weight of the lamp& the locking mechanism can't be hand tightened adequately to keep the whole thing stable as it's so top heavy. I'm a bit disappointed.”

“I am delighted with my recent purchase. I was a bit disappointed it didn't come with the bulb but currently it is looking magnificent in the corner of the room without being "turned on" so to speak! It is sleek and beautiful and I am thrilled with it. Like a tall, dark stranger. Just need to turn him on ...”

“Order placed for two Nordlux lights on 29th December, and express delivery paid for. Items dispatched on 5th January. I have purchased Nordlux lights before, but quality of these was very poor. Not the fault of Lampsy. Neither worked until flex was moved and fixed in a way that a connection was made. A two pin plug has been fixed into a three pin plug, with a poor connection achieved. I will not buy Nordlux again.”

Hi Philip, I'm sorry to hear your order didn't arrive on time and that you were unhappy with the quality. We have a 30 day return policy, where you can return any item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. I'd be happy to help with returning these for a refund? With regards to the late dispatch, our offices were closed until the 4th of January, which is why your order wasn't dispatched sooner.
