“Beautiful pendants, exactly what we were looking for. Had to chase customer services to find out when delivery would be, but they were very helpful and the lamps were dispatched straight away.”

“Products were damaged when they arrived and some missing. I contacted Lampsy and they refunded the missing items and sent me a label to print out to return the damaged items. I told them i didn't have a printer or access to one due to lock down. They said the drop off place would print it out. I drove to the drop off place and they did not have a printer. Returned home and emailed Lampsy who refused to send me out a label. Ended up having to get a family member to print it out and post it to me. Returned it and it arrived back with them 12 days ago and still no refund. Unbelievably bad service.”

“I could not have had a worse experience with Lampsy. Not only did I receive the wrong products, but it has taken weeks to receive a refund and still haven't received funds. I will never make a purchase with Lampsy again and will ensure to tell all friends undertaking home renovations to avoid at all cost.”
