Really poor service. Took weeks for item to arrive and no email from them to say that. I had to chase. Lost a repeat customer.

Very happy with my lamp. It is exactly as pictured, very stylish and portable with its handle; it will be so useful when the lights go out this winter! Will use it as outside lighting too. More than tempted to buy another.

All good except it arrived with a chipped/ broken section which means the lamp is off set. It would be helpful to have a replacement.

I like the light fitting and is of good quality, but I have to say I’m not sure justifies the £100+ price tag excluding 6 bulbs, considering this is an online business. I feel they could’ve at least thrown in some decent ones for free. The box was half open upon receipt which wasn’t great and if I’m honest what was inside wasn’t very well packaged. Luckily there was no damage but this needs to be improved.

Poor communication and delayed delivery. Onus is on me to enquire about whereabouts of a product rather than getting regular updates. No phone number to call.

Really happy the lamps have finally been delivered having taken 5 weeks from ordering.I was not told there was a delay until I emailed and questioned delivery.A lack of communication and no direct contact telephone number makes it very difficult for the customer.

Really delighted to have found this company. Have received three pendant lights for new kitchen island, as yet still in their boxes but they are absolutely beautiful. Am in process of ordering multiple downlighters from them. Customer services also excellent.

The service at Lampsy has been great from start to finish. I’ve been assisted with placing the order by a very helpful member of staff, and informed frequently about the delivery status. The items came on time and in great condition. The lamps look great, however, they’re unfortunately too big for my small corridor and therefore I have to return them. But definitely will be buying from Lampsy in the future.

Ordered an item with 3-5day delivery time. After day 7 I contacted to ask if there was an issue, incredibly 3hours later I received a notification to say it had been dispatched. 24hours later I received a response to my email stating they’d already dispatched it and no apology for the delay. I also noted the DPD sticker had a ‘next day delivery’ on it. Poor delivery and poor communication

I am very happy with my lamp but was disappointed with the delivery. I was expecting it within 4-5 working days. It wasn’t even dispatched by the end of the 5th working day. I placed an order with Nordic Nest, Germany at the same day I ordered from you, and I received it before yours and it was free of charge. 🤔
