“I was very pleased to find a source for Nordlux lamps with better delivery options than our usual major retailer. I liked several lights on the site and thought the price ranges were good. My lamps were delivered relatively quickly, well-packed, and we were happy with communications.”

“My second purchase from Lampsy and again I’m very impressed with the quality for the price. We needed a lamp that was portable and rechargeable (ie no cable) as we wanted a gentle glow of light on our shelf above the TV. This works perfectly and really does hold its charge. Great that you can adjust the light’s brightness too. This will be great to use in the garden too in summer!”

“Looks nice when off. The lamps are very orange (warm white 2000K). I got 6, and a few had scratches on the glass and two flickers when on a dimmer. would still recommend them.”

“The product arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately there were issues with the delivery by DPD. These were sorted out by Lampsy customer services. A new product had to be despatched so there was a delay of around a week.”

“Returns is a phaff! Been told I need to wait 2-3 days for return to be reviewsed. Can’t get to speak to anyone. Online chat says I am connecting but nothing ten mins later. Now I can’t find my order number as not on any emails sent. All emails received are from delivery company and feedback”

“Missed the delivery, they sent it to matalan on Thursday afternoon, went Tuesday morning after the weekend and it had already been sent back to lampsy after only 4 days, great stuff”

“Beautiful pendant lamps, well packaged. Delivery was a bit strange, we received a text saying they had arrived at local shop. I drove down to get them (from Blacks) but they hadn't been delivered. The shop staff said this happens regularly...needs investigation with courier service but the lamps, when they did arrive at the shop the next day, are great.”
