“Lamp arrived damaged, advised return, took three days to receive return post slip. Probably 14 days before acknowledged receipt , then will wait for replacement lamp. I just wanted a quick light fitting as have a broken one at home. After having sent the photos showing a missing piece of the frame, should have one forwarded straight away, whilst I send the other back. As I said not my fault poor customer service Then to add to the fact the e mail review took me to a page no longer available Very annoyed Keith Parker 07891169684”

“Lampsy tracking said goods sent but Royal Mail said not received. Beware! Lampsy has no phone number available so you are at the mercy of a bot. However some hours later after online discussion it was resolved and the missing lamps were dispatched promptly albeit 2 weeks late”

“Returns too difficult and much too expensive. Would not use Lampsy again. Am hoping that my parcel reaches Aberdeen intact so I can receive my money back which was over £70.00. Lynn from Lampsy was absolutely wonderful and exceptional in the help she gave me. I cannot speak highly enough of her.”

“Found an unusual bulb on the site which I was interested in and placed an order, typical 3-5 days was fine, but on contacting them after this timescale ran over, I was then made aware item was not in stock and would take weeks instead… however customer service was quick and informative so I continued with the order, and it arrived within the estimate, happy with the item also, just need an email response/update for out of stock items that will take a little longer, but good experience on the whole, would use again”
