“Very quick delivery, however there were no picture of the ceiling rose which wasn’t great quality so I sent it back, and had to pay £12 for returns delivery which I think is too much and would put me off ordering again in case I didn’t like the lights. Also the listed locations were wrong for returns so I went to the wrong shop to return the light and had to go somewhere else carrying a giant box With a six month old baby in tow which was not fun! And I had to pay for that! A shame because most other lights look lovely.”

“I haven’t received the order or any explanation from Lampsy and you’re already asking for feedback! DPD tracking says the order details have been received but not the parcel which should have arrived with me yesterday. Not impressed!”

“Ordered my hanging bedside lights from Lampsy after looking at many many websites but these caught my eye at how beautiful they were but also how affordable! “Really beautiful, timeless, stylish and high quality lights. They are even better in real life than on the website. I completely recommend this store and would purchase from them again. I ordered the Eik 3 Light Spotlight Bar in white to use as a wall light in my conservatory, and the single Eik Wall Spotlight as a reading light in my bedroom.”

“one item faulty - no telephone number to call, RMA process awaiting reply and looking at website seems item is now out of stock. i have two of the items and without the other, its pointless, plus just now ive seen a plethoria of bad reviews on trustpilot for this company so now i am worried. Please could someone call me ASAP.”

“Assembled quite easily and looks good when fitted. Two 35mm clear washers were provided - but no instructions where they were to be fitted. Assumed they were to fit around the glass shades, but here they just flop and do nothing. The two wall fixing screws were "dome heads" giving poor turning torque and easily damaged when being fitted. These screws are not visible when lamp is finally fitted. Discarded and counter sunk screws used.”
