“We ordered two different lights and would have been better coming as one delivery rather than two different occasions”

“The lamps I bought were great but the colour was not as expected. They were advertised as grey but were actually a beige colour. Returning the items was not easy as I had to contact Lampsy for their address and then pay return postage.”

“The product itself looks beautiful. The delay in shipping our order was extremely long. We waited for two months as we knew they were waiting for more stock but it then took several emails to find out how much longer it would be until delivery.”

“Happy with the light generally. It’s up and in use. Purchased ‘anthracite’ to match sons bedroom furniture which is also ‘anthracite’ but was disappointed to realise on arrival that this ‘anthracite’ was actually just a dark grey and didn’t match the furniture. It’s ok though and goes with the room but not what expected. On reflection should have ordered the black one. Also when fitting we removed the white ceiling rose part and used an alternative as it looked quite cheap. Shade also doesn’t give out loads of light but not a big room and don uses a lamp anyway.”

“lights are great but you said I needed two extra parts - 2x "Link Live Feed Connectors" which the electricians didn't need - as install was several weeks after delivery I didn't try and send them back so they are here, unopened, gathering dust - can you at least take them back so they don't get thrown away?”

“When assembled the lamps is fine. However didn’t realise it would need putting together . That was not clear on screen , perhaps a bit nieve of me . Had to ask a friend to do it for me.”

“I was really excited about the order. However, it's been already 13 since I purchased the lamp and still no information on how long it will take to deliver it. All that along with the fact that I had to write 2 emails to support to track the order. I really hope it'll worth it.”

“The lamp is ok, but the support legs are really too flimsy for the weight of the lamp& the locking mechanism can't be hand tightened adequately to keep the whole thing stable as it's so top heavy. I'm a bit disappointed.”

“Delivery was quick but badly packaged up. It arrived with the box having been severely bashed, there was now soft packaging around the lamp or bubble wrap and it was just luck only one of the lamps was smashed. I'm waiting on a response as to when I will get the replacement, details for sending the old one back.”

“These opinion feedbacks are a waste of time. Your delivery and service are good but the reality is that you are supplying devices that quite often are not installed straight away. Therefore, in my case I have no idea how good the product is until wired up. You need to consider this.”

“Once assembled, I was happy with how the lamp looked in my living room. However, for the price, it’s a very poorly designed base. Really awkward to attach and just doesn’t feel robust. The quality of the upper components is excellent, but the base isn’t what I’d have expected for £139.”

“Packaging was crazy = huge long, tall box with the actual lamp rattling around inside it - yes there was some plastic and other brown paper inside the box but not packed tightly - luckily it seems to be in one piece - not had it fitted yet so can't guarantee wasn't damaged in transit”
