One of my pet hates, is being asked for a review, 10 days after the order was placed and still haven't received it. Maybe you should change from royal mail to an alternative delivery service.

They send these a set number of days after an order has been dispatched. I recognise that being asked for a review before you’ve even received your order doesn't leave the best impression. This review is not for a product. It is for the service received from Lampsy. I ordered an item but did it get an estimated delivery date. After 5 days, I sent an email requesting delivery details and then, voila, received a dispatch email. I didn’t like the item so I decided to return it. I believe that the cost for me to return it was £12.95, but this is not detailed anywhere in the return email information. I was sent a return label for DPD. This detailed pick up stores on it, not correct as I needed drop off. So I clicked on the Hermes link which Lampsy sent to me, which took me to the Evri website. I was confused as to which company I was supposed to use. I went to my nearest Evri drop off - 30 minutes round trip by car! They said that I needed to go to the DPD drop off. What a fiasco. I spent way too much time dealing with this and I had to pay for it! Sorry Lampsy. I don’t recommend your service.

Well, being asked to write a review before the item has arrived says it all. Ordered on May 23 and still not here. Ordered something else from a similar company…arrived in two days. I’m sure all is ok but Lampsy need to get their dispatching sorted otherwise they will fall behind competitors service.

2 out of 3 bulbs were broken. Returned. Decent return policy to be fair, hence 2 stars

Website suggested delivery 3-5 working days. After 1 week nothing. They don't answer the phone so chased via email and got a corporate type response stating that they were meeting delivery timscales but then contradicted themselves by saying when they didn't meet them they'd dispatch via next day delivery. Then said I'd receive the item by the end of the week. Another week passed before it was even dispatched. They did at least send it next day.

I haven’t received the order or any explanation from Lampsy and you’re already asking for feedback! DPD tracking says the order details have been received but not the parcel which should have arrived with me yesterday. Not impressed!

one item faulty - no telephone number to call, RMA process awaiting reply and looking at website seems item is now out of stock. i have two of the items and without the other, its pointless, plus just now ive seen a plethoria of bad reviews on trustpilot for this company so now i am worried. Please could someone call me ASAP.

Although the pendant light was good quality it wasn’t suitable for the space. I hadn’t realised you have to pay for returns Which cost £12.50. I won’t be ordering again in case items are unsuitable which is a shame as I like the product range and have a large renovation to illuminate!

The customer service is very slow and they don't tell you when your order is delayed. You have to contact them first to find out where your order is. Pre order on their website says 7-10 days when in reality its 2 months.

I received the lamp very quickly. There were no instructions for the set up. The lamp is scratched and poorly built. Tightening the legs is almost impossible with the component they have supplied. I’ll be sending it back.

I was home today to receive the lamps, and the driver must not have knocked very loud as my home is not that big! Hopefully, I will get them tomorrow!

Delivery is not acceptable. Dpd do not allow your I choose a suitabkentiday to deliver or to reschedule a delivery. Now I have to go and pick up the parcel from miles away which is very inconvenient

In short... I have made two orders from Lamspy in the last 2 months. An order was made in July which came within days. So happy with that order ( the order was the same as one of the lights I had already ordered in May) I made an order at the end of May 2021 and am still waiting towards the end of July 2021. I have sent numerous messages, they have not got in touch with myself only in response to my messages. Each time an enquiry has been made they have pushed the date back. No pro-active communication from Lampsy. Which equates to poor customer service. Based on the latter experience I am not satisfied. Poor service, unfortunately.

Only 2 items arrived. 3rd still has not been delivered a month later with no communication. As the Lamps are a set of 3 they cannot be hung until the last one arrives. Purchased from lampsey as they were all in stock on the website when other sites had them out of stock. Would not trust this site again. Still awaiting resolution from Lampsey.

A lovely high quality product range. I’d love to see the quality of the customer experience reach these high standards too. 2 orders placed for great outdoor lights from Nordlux. First order arrived incomplete with no packing list. There had been no dispatch notice. Product received is excellent. When shortfalll was acknowledged I was told replacements for missing items would be with me in 2 days but took longer. Second order for additional lights in the same range was placed within days of the first order and has not yet arrived 4 weeks later. They were marked as 'in stock'. Having enquired, I’ve been told these are 'back in stock’ and will be with me in a couple of days. I hope that’s right.

Slow to send the lights and very slow to reply to emails. The lights ore reasonable for the price but a bit wonky.

Delivery of the order took over two weeks. The lamp has a nice design overall but the price does not reflect the finish and material/ look of the lamp. The top head of the lamp is moveable, however be aware the height of the lamp cannot be changed and it isn't very tall.

Order did not arrive on the delivery day promised. Called customer service many times to get an update but there was no answer. Messaged them on twitter, no answer. Sent an email and got a reply after one week. Customer service communication could be greatly improved.
