“Great light xx Looks amazing over our island and far more expensive than the actual cost xx Really seamless purchase with prompt delivery Delighted Haven’t seen it lighten up as yet as I forgot to order bulbs 🤪”

“Lampsy is great. Product range, website, delivery service, all excellent. The lights supplied, (Design for the People, Nordlux) however, could so easily be improved by using fabric cable rather than plastic. This seems an easy fix, so why not do it?”

We’ve only recently introduced this and continue to make changes but recognise it isn’t always helpful in all circumstances. You can always skip the bot and connect to live chat during normal business hours, or send a message to customer services outside of these times.
