“Michael was super helpful and responded to my change of order so quickly! Sorting the refund and sending my new order straight away. Over the last year I have been dealing with so many customer service teams from different companies - needing refunds or replacements for broken furniture etc - and they have often been so unhelpful or dragged out the process, so it is lovely to be able to have such a smooth process with this company! Thank you :)”

“Better lighting websites out there. The lamp I ordered turned up in a beaten up box and failed to work. It took a lot of back and forth with customer service before they agreed it was faulty (though Lynn in customer service was responsive and polite). They also tried to make me cover the cost of the return before agreeing to cover it. Still waiting for my refund after returning the lamp over 2 weeks ago. Seems like they'll try keep hold of your money for as long as possible.”
