Got a Question?

How do I track my order, it just keeps saying processing.

Have just replaced my fluorescent lights in my garage-workshop with 7 x 4ft LED Battens and daylight tubes. The problem is that I can no longer listen to the radio. The interference / white noise is terrible. There is no mention of this when purchasing the product. Please advise what I can do to remedy this. I would sooner have my radio and my old fluorescent fittings than this situation. Sadly I have given my old fittings away and cannot put them back. I have also found little benefit from the light quality, other than it being a different colour. A lot of money for overall negative results.

Hi, I have bought 2 packs of 3 ever ready led light bulbs and hen I put them in my standard bayonet bulb holders then none of them work. Any ideas? Looking at the terminals of the bulbs they are almost flush with the insulator holding them

Hi, in 2019 I had 23 solo10 down lights fitted, since then I have had 5(five) replaced as they flickered and then stopped. They were replaced with an upgraded version and now one of the newer replacements has flickered and stopped working. Can you give me and the electrician who fitted them any possible reason for this to happen. Regards. L F White

Does the new type fit in the 3 pin holders of the old type tube ones
Asked by Denis Emery (5 years ago)
Hello, I have recently bought 2 x 2ft flourescent tubes, thank you. I was wondering if you have smaller tubes, I am looking for 2 x 21cm and 1 x 17inches or 43 cm please?
Asked by MR DERICK E MEADE (6 years ago)
Hi Derick, The best thing to do with any fluorescent tube is to replace by the wattage rather than the length. If you have the wattage of the tube such as 20w, if you search F then the wattage then W in our search bar, like F20w, you will find the tube you need. I hope this helps. Matt
