Very poor service in comparison with a similar company who responded within 48 hours and issued a refund with no trouble whatsoever.

Ive had two tubes delivered broken now been told getting refund which i havent got i would not recomend this company at all

I’m really disappointed because I sent email explaining my dissatisfaction with your product. Two of them were broken and I would like to ask for a refund or a new product.

Google sent me here for Osram 205 bulbs. I received 210 bulbs. They said it was my fault and they wanted me to pay return postage and trot back to a post office, the cost of which would probably be the same as any refund and 2 postages lost in the process. Please do not believe Google when they send you somewhere requested and watch this website to not make an unexpected ordering mistake that you can't really afford to return.

Extremely Poor after service from these guys. They like to quickly take your money, but seem to think that you are lying about a faulty item, saying that they will have them tested. REALLY, like I've got nothing better to do than claim a Refund with all the hassle. This must be their way of wearing customers down so they don't claim a refund. Very poor customer service.

Purchased some light bulbs but unfortunately was unsuitable, I contacted and asked if they could be returned for a refund, I was sent the return address and told this wasn't a problem.

I have already written to you about my experience I was dissappointed that I never recieved what I ordered. I contacted one of your colleagues by phone who checked that you were out of stock of the bulbs that I ordered, The bulbs I recieved instead were not suitable for our needs, i returned them to you hoping for a refund.

Items received are damaged, still waiting for a refund. Customer service do not care. Will never use again.

Unfortunately I never received it. As it was sent to a completely different address, so I had to buy another one! I can't even send the item back for a refund as I do not have it. I'm not happy about this at all!
