“We were having difficukty finding the circular flourescent tubes we needed. Telephjone Lampsonline and they were so helpful, they told us what we needed to order, and they came a few days later and fitted our old lceiling lights perfectly. Thank you.”

“Ordered 6Ft led tubes and fuses and paid for next day delivery with Fed Ex. shipment was due to arrive between 9.00am and 1.00pm but no show. Recieved a message at 4.00pm saying delivery had been unsuccessful as we were not home although we never left the room at the front door all day and we have a video door bell which proves no attempt had been made to deliver the goods. I called customer services at 4.00pm to report the issue and was told the items could not now be delivered until Monday, (three Days away) but they would refund the shipping costs. Tubes did arrive on Monday but two fuses had been removed from the packages. phoned customer services to report the shortages and to ask about my refund for the delivery and was told the fuses would be sent out that day but I wouldnt be getting a refund as FedEx said the had tried to deliver even though I have proof they never did. Is this how to treat customers?”

“The whole process was seamless as should be online. The product was exactly as I hoped based on the web page. The support staff were great, answered the phone straight away and got through to Customer Services within a minute and problem resolved within five minutes. All in all, a very good experience. Would definitely recommend.”

“I wanted a secific LED floodlight bu couldn't find it on the Lamp Shop Online website. However, I rang customer servces who were extrememly helpful. I then ordered 2 floodlights online and was delighted when they were delivered the flloweing morning. Excellent service, thank you - and the floodlights are good and very competitively priced.”
