“When I received the first order 5 of the 10 bulbs were broken. They appeared to be packed ok. Phoned customer services, explained the situation. 5 new bulbs were received a few days later. Problem solved.”

“Essentially everything fine with my order. Only comment I would make is that the packaging for bulbs could have been more robust. No bulbs appear to have been damaged in transit, but stronger packaging could have ensured that no damage would have happened.”

Hi Giorgio, You placed your order on 24th April and we sent it on the 26th April. It went via Royal Mail International delivery, tracking number is LE486021686GB. The status is that at present is that it is in Milan customs waiting for you to pay the duty charges. Italian customs will have contacted you either/and by text or email.
