“I ordered my lamp and received a confirmation email for my order. I also created an account afterwards although on reflection it may have been a better idea to create an account first. I received an email to say my order had been despatched but as I had not created an initial account I was unable to follow a delivery path. I did have an order number but I did not receive any details of how the lamp was to be delivered. It was delivered by Royal Mail, unfortunately I wasn’t in at the time but a kind neighbour took delivery. The lamp was well packed and it works too, I wasn’t sure if it would as the two connectors were slightly different to that of the older lamp I was replacing. All in all good service”

“Tubes arrived timeously but very surprised at packaging in a stout brown envelope. The end of the packaging had opened. While I have checked the tubes and they are all working, I count myself lucky as the chance of them being damaged was probably higher than it needed to be.”

“Faulty product, I tried to send back and was accused of sending an empty box. Disgusting way to treat a customer. No resolution, no further contact from them with NEVER order from them again!”

Hi Kendra, Unfortunately all we received back was an empty box with no lamp in it at all. The box wasnt sealed or in any outer packaging . Regards Service team
