“Received light bulbs, only to find it said on the box, not for indoor use!! I emailed asking how to return them as they are no use, no reply !! So in the bin they'll go !! Thanks for your customer service........”

Hi Allison, We have to label bulbs in this manner to conform to EU regs for filament bulbs. We suggest buying LED bulbs for household use as they are similar in price save 85% energy and last 15 times as long. if you want to return them thats fine please email support@generallamps.com who will organise a free returns label for you Best Regards Technical

“It was a tricky to find bulb in shop so was happy to find it online with all info and measurements etc provided. Arrived in god time packaged adequately and it fits and it works!”

“Four halogen tube bulbs were delivered in a timely fashion, however the packaging was poor. They were in a small bubble wrapped envelope but all four boxes containing the tubes were crushed and open at the ends. Although the bulbs appear undamaged I think a better shipping solution is needed.”

“I needed a bulb quickly for my outside front door light,I just wanted a simple 40watt bulb ,but it was a screw-in.my order was processed quickly,and yes I had to pay more for delivery the next day but it arrived as ordered ,well packaged and did the job - -what more could I ask for !?”

“I was pleased I could find these hard-to-get lamps but concerned that they arrived in an envelope (I ordered two) with only a thin sheet of bubble wrap wrapped half-heartedly around flimsy boxes. Given the lamps' fragility, I thought they could have been more robustly shipped. They look to be OK, but I will only know for sure when the time comes to use them.”
