“Essentially everything fine with my order. Only comment I would make is that the packaging for bulbs could have been more robust. No bulbs appear to have been damaged in transit, but stronger packaging could have ensured that no damage would have happened.”

Hi Giorgio, You placed your order on 24th April and we sent it on the 26th April. It went via Royal Mail International delivery, tracking number is LE486021686GB. The status is that at present is that it is in Milan customs waiting for you to pay the duty charges. Italian customs will have contacted you either/and by text or email. “Ordered a 12v 10w oven lamp for a caravan and it was dispatched very promptly and it was extremely well packaged to protect it. However I did e-mail with a question before ordering and did not receive a reply so had to take chance it would be OK.”

“Utterly useless - took my money then told me item not in stock - waited 7 weeks and when i questioned where my order was I received nothing of substance - completely lacking in care or understanding of my frustration at their service - would not use them again!!”

Hi Nigel, I have checked your order and can see that it is now delivered. When you place an order with us we show live stock so that you can see if the item is in stock or not when you place you order. Also as a confirmation before you make payment a "pop up" appears to confirm if an item is not in stock. We do this so that if an item is waiting to be delivered the client has been made aware that it was not in stock. Best Regards Service Team
