“It was very easy to order and was informed that the item was dispatched on the Wednesday and by the following Monday the item had not been delivered so I then left a message with your customer service asking them to contact me and advise as to when I can expect delivery of my order. By the end of the day I received a message from Royal Mail 48 informing when to expect delivery which would be in two days time which it did. Customer Service never did return my call. Just makes me wonder how long it would have taken had I not contacted customer service, room for improvement. The problem was not the delivery company but the item being processed by lamps on line. Delivery was on time once Royal Mail received the item.”

“The bulbs I ordered and the price are both good. I just wasn't happy that the order arrived 8 days after I was told it was dispatched, and then found it was actually dispatched 5 days after I was told it was. In between, when I asked where it was, they waited till it had arrived before replying with "It's been delivered" - that was the entire e-mail. There are lots of places to buy decent bulbs at a decent price; next time I'll pay a bit more elsewhere to see if I get decent service.”
