Poor customer service. Can't reply to messages. Paid extra for next day delivery & DHL didn't deliver until over a week with a text to say do not contact them they are busy, busy ripping us off with delivery charges and they can't deliver. Bulbs were delivered and do not fit don't even have the energy to try fight to send them back so 80 odd quid down the sink and bulbs I can't use. Thought this site was too good to be true. Company just blanked my email

Hello Gemma, we received your email asking for the money back and we refunded you, you're money back the normal standard delivery is 15 pounds and you paid 18 pounds for the next day delivery so we refunded you the 3 pounds. Also we sent your order down to the warehouse on the 4th of December and it also left the warehouse on the 4th of December. So this is down to the courier unfortunately as we did everything right on our behalf's. As stated on DHL message ''we are experiencing very high volumes due to Christmas and delays are expected'' Also please contact us so we can help you order the correct fitting and we will arrange a return for you. A very good product range and easy to select from the pictorial portraits. I was concerned about the delivery. You provided invoice and delivery numbers but no indication of approximate delivery date.

Afternoon John, As I am aware, you have not tried to contact us, nor have you sent an email. Its very rare for these bulbs to blow in 5 days so please get in contact so that we can speak with you in person to discuss a replacement or a refund. Regards

I have not yet received the lamps but it is on its way. Unfortunately, the final price of the lamp will become twice the initial price. This is due to the fact that the UK is now a third country after Brexit and we, in the EU, have to pay taxes and levies on things “imported” from the UK. The final price becomes twice what I expected, plus it takes much longer to get to me because of the border controls. A pity…

Hi Javier, Thanks for the feedback but its not quite right. We deduct UK taxes on all goods we send to the EU . So when you enter your country of destination we deduct 20% UK taxes. Local taxes are added on when goods arrive in Belgium. But I agree on border controls it takes far to long to get goods through customs Best Regards Export Sales

very long wait time from date of placing the order to receiving delivery. poor communication as to status of order. I had to remind them of my order which seemed to prompt a response. I doubt if I will use this company again

Dear Malcom, When ordering from our website it lets you know which products are out of stock unfortunately you happened to order an out of stock item not only would the website let you know we also emailed you on the day of purchase which was the 4th of November to let you know that your order was out of stock and that you were being placed on back order we then had a reply from you on the 28th November asking where your good were and we replied on the 29th November to let you know that stock was arriving on Monday and that we will be sending it ASAP and now upon checking I've seen it was delivered on the 7th of November. We never forgot about your order we were just waiting on the stock to arrive we replied instantly when you emailed us. Sorry for inconvenience General Lamps

I ordered batteries on the 27/11 and still have not received any batteries, it is now the 08/12. Had I of known it was going to take over 5 day I would have gone else where.

Dear customer, This is the couriers fault as your order was shipped down the the warehouse on the day of purchase I have just checked your tracking and it is due to be delivered today. Please also understand that due to the weather conditions lately the couriers may not be able to send some goods on time. From start to finish! Very rude when being spoken too, to me the whole I dealt with were either rude or had no clue answering my questions or did not seem bothered, plus I have had to chase my delivery. Terrible company I will not be purchasing from here again. Work on your customer service skills!!

Dear customer, You called us on Friday and asked what was happening with your delivery we explained it had been lost in transit and we were getting them sent back out ASAP. We also emailed you two times once on the 25th of November to explain that you had opted for collection so we couldn't send you your goods because we thought you were collecting we also emailed to let you know they were ready to collect. We also emailed you again on the 26th of November to say you opted for collection again and what the price was to have it delivered and you replied and agreed to pay the delivery fee. Your order was then shipped on the 26th but it was unfortunately lost in transit which we found out on the Friday due to your call. We apologise sincerely for your goods being lost in transit but I can assure you a replacement has been sent. I can also assure you that our customer service team helped you in the best way possible. Best light bulbs for ovens ever. Absolutely unique, couldn't get them anywhere else, bargain proce and delivered before I'd even ordered them. Yes, I am taking the p**s out of a review system that won't simply let me give it 5 stars but demands i add a comment
