“I wanted a particular Calex bulb (LED, E27, clear, dimmable). None of my local suppliers could help. Lamps-on-line resolved for me. Product arrived reasonably promptly and was well packed. Would use again.”

“I ordered a pack of two led batten lamps including two compatible starters. The delivery was slightly delayed, when I emailed to ask for an update I received an immediate response. The package was delivered the next day very well packed, after installing them they so far are perfect. I would definitely buy from this company again.”

“I don't like giving bad reviews but in this case I have to. I ordered a lamp on 1/10/24, and got an email on the 2/10/24 saying my order had been shipped. But nothing appeared for days. On the 9th I got an email saying _both_ that the order was complete _and_ that the product is currently out of stock and would put on back order. It's now 12/10/24 have heard nothing else.”

Hi Karl, The email sent to you on the 9th explained why you may have received notifiction that the order was despatched. To confirm fluorescent tubes have been banned so we are struggling to get stock in . We are buying as much stock as we can from as many sources as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery as they are difficult to source. We can refund your order , supply LED as an alternative or you are of course welcome to wait for a delivery to arrive with us. Regards Sales
