Ten days later I have still not received my lamp . I know it is the festive season and there coulld be delays. But when I send an e-mail to query it I get no reply.

Order safely packed; good price for items. Email said order shipped 31 Decr. but Royal Mail tracker suggests they got it 8 January; finally arrived 10 Jany. which seems rather slow.

The LED tube was a successful replacement for the previous fluorescent tube. The packaging was good so everything arrived intact. I installed the tube and replacement starter and it worked first time. I placed the order on line and had no reason to communicate with the company so I have nothing to add in the questions below.

Lamps work fine well packaged , on invoice no details of who was delivering them I emailed your customer services for details several days had passed no reply a week later received an email from Royal Mail confirming they had them, all good eventually comms could be better with details of carrier on otherwise a good service would use again

Ordered on Christmas Day and they arrived 9th Jan. Not company fault, probably more like Royal Mail but they are what I wanted and they work great.

I placed my order and was assured I would receive it within 5-10 working days. I received and heard nothing for over a month, and had to chase them to see what was happening. On the phone, the person I spoke to was dismissive, not quick to apologise and told me I would recieve my order within the next week. I received nothing for a further 4 weeks, at which point I chased again. The person I spoke to this time was more helpful, admitted they didnt have it in stock and suggested I swap my order for a similar bulb that they did have in stock... So, it took more than 2 months from payment to receiving a bulb I didn't initially order - no offer of compensation or explanation why it had taken so long - that's a long time to be left in the dark!

Companies can say they give good service but it's their responsiveness and actions that really show how they treat customers. These guys were excellent. I ordered a light tube and it was packaged really well but right in the middle of Christmas it didn't stand a chance against a fully loaded DPD van and my first package unfortunately got delivered folded in half. Which for a bulb isn't a good thing! However, sent a pic and email to these guys and they instantly sent out a replacement that was successfuly delivered. Thank you. Quick, efficient and helpful.

These characters 06-01-25, dated didn't even honour their word and sent item (ordered for next day ) crisis some days later , no good to me as it was at ube light for my kitchen , left me in dark ! Haved tied to communicate and ask for full refund but just ignore me! Still waiting . Will take proceedings against them , if not reimbursed.

Hi Mike, You placed your order during the Christmas break on the 27th December at 10.36 . We had a team in that day who picked packed and sent your order at 11.01 , 30 minutes after you placed your order. Carrier delivered at 9.36 the next working day . 1 star review , really?

Dear Lorraine, you ordered your goods on a Saturday 21st of December and we are closed during the weekend. Which means your order was sent down to the warehouse on Monday the 23rd for December due to it being 2 days before Christmas and being in the Christmas period the warehouse were and are extremely busy and trying to get out every order as soon as possible. The office closed on the 24th of December and we did not return back to the office until the 2nd of January 2025. We are extremely sorry your goods are not with you yet but they are due to be arriving shortly.
