Hi Neil Budd, I have checked your order and it was delivered in the correct time frame. You placed your order on a Saturday , we are not open at weekends so it was shipped on Monday on an overnight delivery to get to you tuesday . This is made clear on our website Regards Service

“Really expensive. Found the same bulbs and paid £6 more but got four times the amount!!!! And the ones I found after and got so much cheaper came so quickly. I was told by general lamps that they would be so many days well after a much longer time I emailed to cancel them and ask for a refund, funny how quickly after that i received the bulbs but had been using the others I bought for a good while already. Would not recommend this company.”

Hi Rebecca, You selected a Philips LED bulb that was not in stock at the time. When you placed an order on our system firstly we show the quantity available and secondly if it is out of stock a large pop up appears before you make payment to let you know the item is out of stock. As soon as we received our delivery we despatched your goods. If you can send us the order confirmation from the company that was cheaper that us we will refund the difference if it is for the same item and manufacturer Regards Service
