“The lightbulbs are what I wanted and at a good price. However, I placed a second order to add to the first one to take advantage of free shipping. The bulbs were all sent together as one parcel but despite emailing three times my request for the postage refund has been ignored. Not brilliant.”

“You could have tracked the purchase more and given me more updates on where the good was after shipping. After telling me it had been shipped, I heard nothing more. It arrived after a week but I could have been anywhere”

“Received light bulbs, but they were the wrong ones. Ordered 4W and invoice received with the order confirmed it. The bulbs I received were 3.5W. Disappointed but couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning them.”

Hi As LEDs improve in output the manufacturers reduce the wattage to maintain the same light output . So you are getting the correct amount of light and saving 1/2 a watt at the same time You will not have been disadvantaged with your purchase Regards Support
