My first order with lamps on Line has been a disappointment. The strip bulb I ordered arrived in good time, however although the correct size the fitiings were wrong.. They were flat pin instead of round pin. I therefore left a voicemail message to ask if the company could help. I received no response. I then tried an email message - still no response. order ref: 100216480

A pleasure to do business with general lamps , requested out of date fluorescent lamps and GL sourced the lamps and delivered accordingly. GL went out their way to find specific lamps , which was greatly appreciated

Twice they have messed up my order, now a week after original delivery and still havent received my missing items,they di however send the wrong item after promising to send the two missing items, now have an extra bulb o dont need and two missing bulbs i do need phones straight to a machine and they take days to answer emails
