One of the few places I could find online who sold the size of fluorescent tube I needed, and the only one who would sell it singly - that's why I found and used Lamps-on-line-comic for the rare tube I needed for my under-cabinet lighting in my kitchen. I was delighted with the swift delivery even when choosing the standard option, and it came extremely securely protected & wrapped, ensuring there was NO chance of damage in transit. Overall I was extremely happy with my purchase & the service from lamps-on-line-com & I'd recommend them to anyone. I'll certainly use them again in future.

I couldn't find exactly what I wanted locally, so was very pleased to find it here. Fluorescent tubes by courier, in how many small pieces will they arrive, I thought. Not to worry, all very well wrapped, job done, satisfied customer.

Defective bulb arrived after 5 working days. Irresponsive customer service. Eventually promised to send a replacement next day delivery. Yet to arrive 3 days later.

Hi Jean, Yes we received your messages and we checked into this and couldnt see why they hadnt been delivered. Our team decided to send you a replacement order free of charge on the 7th February here is the Royal Mail tracking number RF360052564GB Please note you will need to make sure you pay taxes when asked as you are in France Regards Service

One of the 12 the glass fractured as I put it into the socket and another flashed a couple of times before going out for good. Six others worked leaving me four in reserve which I hope will work when I need them.

Delivery has been promised for over a week now following my phone calls and email. Please investigate your poor service in my case. Your Company may be well intentioned but delivery of my order has been unsatisfactory and the cause of my low rating.
