“I am still waiting to receive delivery of my ordered item. Nobody has been in touch with me to say why. I would like either an immediate response and apology followed by a prompt delivery. Or a complete refund.”

Hi Philip , our team contacted you by email to advise that this item was out of stock and in fact discontinued when you placed your order. I can see from the audit trail that you accepted a different colour and we have delivered your goods. Sorry that you were dissapointed but hope that you now have light! Best Wishes Service team

“I ordered my tubes from here and they arrived intact in a jiffy bag after nine days.But prevos to this i had E-mailed customer service three times to enquire when my lamps would be arriving,but no one bothered to reply,so poor customer service.”

Hi John, You selected "collection" when you placed your order. Our team contacted you to advise that you have asked for a collection eventhough you are in sussex and credited your order as you did not want to collect or pay for postage for goods to be delivered. Regards Service team
