“I would love to leave a positive review, but I'm still waiting for my order to be sent. I have already requested a refund without a reply. I definitely wouldn't use again.”

“I ordered 2x5ft blue coloured tubes to give a different effect to a room that had white tubes. The site was easy to navigate to what I was looking for and delivery was only a couple of days. They were selling packaged to prevent accident damage which had been a worry . All in all great service from start to finish 😁”

“I have ordered the product which was out of date and virtually impossible to find, I was hesitant whether it would be what I was looking for but all was fine and the packaging was extremely safe. The Royal Mail delivery was a bit slow but communication with the company was excellent and they assured me that it was all under their control.”

“When my order hadnt arrived after 14 days, but over Xmas period, I called the office and was told it wasn't available until March. It would have been nice to have received some communication telling me this when I ordered. I then changed the product and it was posted and received shortly after my call. Good product and reasonable price.”

“SIMPLE ORDER FOR 3 x SHORT (nom L = 18" appr) FLOUERESCENT TUBES. STANDARD DELIVERY TOOK QUITE A FEW DAYS TO ARRIVE (BUT NO COMPLAINT HERE AS I COULD HAVE PAID MORE & RECEIVED THEM EARLIER - MY DECISION). WORTH A MENTION IS THAT THE PACKAGING WAS EXCELLENT - NOT OVERDONE AS SUCH - JUST EXCELLENT ENSURING THAT A FRAGILE PACKAGE ARRIVED INTACT: FULL MARKS FOR PACKAGING !!”

“The lamps are just what I needed thanks to discussions with the sales staff, my only concern was the eight days from the day of my order to the day i actually received the shipment. I recognise that it was royal mail’s responsibility yet I had two dark bathrooms for over a week. Next time my house goes dark I will look to you for help again!”
