Unlike other online outlets, there was a slow ordering procedure and lengthy delivery period. Unusual in the current online buying experiences.

Your customer service is very good but I am disappointed because the bulb you sent me is no good for my touch lamp. I asked for a touch lamp bulb but it stays on permanently and doesn't work on a touch lamp. So hence the disappointment 😞

No problem with the selection and quality of my purchase BUT why did it take so long to deliver. Took over 9 days to arrive and the bulbs were in stock.

Hi . I have purchased lamps from you in the past with no problems the service has been great. I purchased bell gu10's 60631 / 60623 twenty of each on the 15 of Jan. The job is on hold for the lack of information Not that imprest. Looking forward to a reply Regards Ernie

I ordered one PP9 battery about 5-6 weeks ago .it has not yet arrived. I am told it will now be mid -late January 2025 Would I use this company in the future? Would you?

Normally their service is very good but my order was delayed and a simple email would have saved me calling and I would have appreciated the good customer communication.

I ordered 2 bulbs which I hadn't heard anything about for a week so I emailed to ask for progress on my order. I received a very prompt reply to advise that the bulbs were out of stock but would hopefully be back in stock early the next week. They were then dispatched a few days later and I received the order which was all fine. Very good reponse time and I was given very clear timescales which were met. However it was disappointing that an item which was out of stock was sold to me without any information at the time of the order.

Service and delivery is good arranged. Except for the note/rememberance that for ordering parts in the UK to Europe, an extra custom import tax have to be payed. Delivery time was 2 weeks.

Lamp arrived very well packed but took two weeks from date of order. Lamp was for use in my ceiling fan lights up but does not dim. Decided to keep it as fan is mounted high up and l had to borrow staging to fit it.

The reason I have given this marking is that when the original fluorescent lights were delivered, they appeared to be well packed and strapped together. As soon as the packing was disturbed. The lights just fell apart. I don't know if this means you should consider a better method of packing, but it must be very frustrating for yourselves to send out an order only then to have it returned because it's damaged you can't keep losing money like this

Purchased before Christmas (4 bulbs). All four bulbs blew within a week. Not sure if there was a problem with the bulbs or if they had been thrown over my side gate. The bulbs were delayed originally, but very good Customer Services, hence 3 stars.
