Puchased 4 replacement lamps on behalf of a good custoer, fitted, and in within a week, 3 tubes failed due to hot spots. Contacted customer service, and was told it was the fittings and this had never happen before. The previous tubes had been fine for over 4 years!!!

Bulbs l purchased if you move them when warm or lit they blow. I purchased for a lead lamp even in a stationary position they were very poor quality.

Placed the order and paid for it. Subseqently received a refund with no expaination of why it was cancelled.

Unfortunately the items I ordered were out of stock, though this did not appear on your website, nor was I informed of the situation. I waited around 2 weeks before contacting you and received an apology and an option to wait until May for new stock. I declined and got a refund and ordered similar light bulbs. These arrived eventually, but I had quite a wait, without being warned in advance there would be a delay. I really was expecting better service from your company.

Good morning, along with saying hello, I attach my experience of purchasing a lamp, the product has been delayed for too long in being shipped and now I have received an email informing me that it is in Spain, since I live in Chile, as it was registered at the address. that I registered at the time of making the purchase, I hope that it is part of the route to reach the destination and that it is lost. Hello Rodrigo - We are surprised to read your review. We had to order this lamp in for you and quoted the delivery time. We also required additional payment as you order needs to be shipped overseas. The lamp was despatched to you last week and we have emailed over the tracking details for you.
Its taken what seems like forever just to get 2 fluorescent black light bulbs, & as of today we still havnt received them & cant find tracking #s they say they sent to my email. U figure it out....
