“I paid for delivery in 3-5 days. It was at least 10 days before it arrived. I was about to contact you to ask what had happened to my order. I did contact you and ask for my delivery charge to be refunded but there has been no response.”

We are sorry you were using the wrong item which resulted in the product failing, but we are unable to accept returns for items that are damaged through no fault of our own. Again, this is pretty standard procedure.
