“Service and delivery is good arranged. Except for the note/rememberance that for ordering parts in the UK to Europe, an extra custom import tax have to be payed. Delivery time was 2 weeks.”

“We were able to order online fairly simply. The bulb we needed, a T4, wasnot possible to obtain from our local shops who advised going online. The bulb arrived, as promised by post, safely and securely. It is now installed and functioning. We will continue to use Lamps2udirect”

“DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - LOADS OF OTHER REPUTABLE, GOOD COMPANIES OUT THERE! I am not the only one as returns are marked "Difficult"! Sent wrong item, knowing it was unavailable. He was arrogant and rude. Clearly hates customers and not interested in customer service. Will no doubt reply how everything was obvious and not his fault..... BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. I think they believe they have never got it wrong!”
