“Prompt response to my query and despatch of my subsequent order. However, their contracted delivery company decided to ship the goods hundreds of miles around the country before eventually delivering to me, days later. Clearly, this is not the company's fault but spoils the customer experience nevertheless.”

“Be careful buying from this company, firstly product was misdescribed when raised a refund was agreed. Returned the bulbs and signed for by the company, delivered to them by Royal Mail on the 15th March still waiting for a refund. Emailed and had no response just silence. Poor service, mistakes happen granted but an acknowledgement goes a miles with customer service!”
