“Low energy lightbulbs give me headachs so we still use the old-style incandescent ones. I bought had such high hopes that these bulbs would be good but, sadly, one of the first two we took out of their boxes was coroded and within 15 minutes whole room smelled of burning plastic. We removed the bulbs and have had to resort to low energy ones. I'd like to send the whole order back to you because who knows how many of the other bulbs are coroded and, frankly, I'm not going ot open every one to find out.”

“I found it so difficult, and nigh on impossible, to purchase locally the bulbs that I needed to replace the ones that had warn out in my household. On prowsing the internet I came across Lamps2udirect and found the bulbs that I thought would replace the expired ones so put an order in. Fortunately the ones I received were ideal replacements so I ordered a further two packs as future replacements. “I ordered 2 bulbs which I hadn't heard anything about for a week so I emailed to ask for progress on my order. I received a very prompt reply to advise that the bulbs were out of stock but would hopefully be back in stock early the next week. They were then dispatched a few days later and I received the order which was all fine. Very good reponse time and I was given very clear timescales which were met. However it was disappointing that an item which was out of stock was sold to me without any information at the time of the order.”
