“I’d ordered 2 light bulbs but only one was in stock awaiting others to arrive. However instead of having to wait until the new stock arrived they posted the light bulb and I’ll receive the other one later. I was very impressed by the willingness of the team to do this. I was surprised by the size of the box used for posting the lightbulb!😀”

“Very good transit and delivery arrangements. I was hoping that the tube would work in a rapid/quick start batten, but it does not light in those fittings. However, It works in battens having a plug-in starter, so I can use it in those fittings only, where it works well. So, in short, it is not as versatile as I had hoped.”
