“I looked on there website for a bulb. It said it was in stock. When in fact a TBA was sent after paying for the said item. As soon as l declined their offer to wait- a refund was sent that day.”

Hello Derek, These lamps were not listed as 'In Stock' They have been listed for 'Pre-Order' since March this year. You would have even clicked on the words 'Pre-Order' when you placed the order online.
