“Paid for next day working day delivery but the items didint arrive as the order had not been processed internally. This caused siffnificatnt didruption to my work schudule. When I contacted them, they did resolve the issue quickley and the lights came the next day. However if i had not called, i suspect the lights would never have arrived. The £6.99 i paid for next day was reunded as a gesture of good will. Would not use again.”
