Ordered iff there website. Then git an email 2 weeks later saying there out of stock

Hello Mark, Your order was for out of stock items - We do not list them as in stock. We will get the order cancelled and refunded for you. I hope you manage to find someone with these 'In stock'
As I explained in my recent e-mail: I've not yet received my lamp nor have I received a reply. Consequently rather difficult to carry out a review.

Hello Michael, This lamp was listed for 'Pre-Order' when you purchased online. The delivery schedule was delayed so we issued a full refund. We are surprised to read your review regarding not receiving a reply. Please check your spam folder and also your bank. We have issued a full refund.
Still have not received my order. Had to text to ask why, was told supply delay and could be June. Would have appreciated it if I had been notified of this instead of having to contact you myself.

I bought the wrong product and e-mailed and ask if I could exchange them for the correct size or reimburse me.. I sent the bulbs back but got no further response from the company.. after an initial reply, I was then ignored. So my purchase was a total disaster which cost me money and nothing at the end to show for it . Therefore I can only say that my experience was very poor..

I had to chase the progress of my order, only to eventually find out that all the items were out of stock. Refund was quick though.

Ordered 4 types of lamp, all in stock according to website. After8 days emailed to find where they were, NOT in stock, waiting arrival fro Holland. Waited a further 14 days, still no lamps, and equally important NO communication. Refund requested, incident reported to PayPal. UNRELIABLE !!

In summary, their shop window is nice and shows a very good range of products. In reality though, my last two orders have taken a few WEEKS to fulfil as - it transpires - their stock nowhere near matches their website. On both occasions, they have not updated me and I had to email & ask where the order was after several days. They replied with an open-ended "difficulty getting stock" email, after which I had no further updates for two weeks and had to email again. On each occasion, when the orders finally arrived, Lamps2udirect had not let me know they'd been dispatched, nor was there any apology. Because of this, I am now an ex-customer and I don't recommend them.

Unfortunately using Lanps2udirect was the worst decision that I made. I ordered items that were showed to be as in stock, received part of the order a week later. One of the tubes were broken, the lamps were well packaged, so I don't believe it was due to the delivery. I sent an email to cancel part of the order, as I had to purchase the items locally to complete a job over a week from purchase date, some more items arrived a couple of days after that email with a response that they did not receive my cancellation email. I asked for a refund for the items that I didn't receive and the broken tube, the amount refunded didn't match the amounts paid for the items not received. I have tried numerous times to contact them via phone, and I have sent emails asking them to contact me to resolve the issue. Due to being a VAT registered company I require VAT invoices and credit notes, which I requested via email and no response. I always judge a company by how they respond to resolve issues that may arise, in this case it has been extremely poor, and I feel I have been left no option but to contact my bank for further advice to retrieve my outstanding funds.

You having a laugh. never got my item and your requesting a review! I had to have a refund after you sent wrong item, then not sending correct item 6 weeks later had to get refund through PayPal resolution centre because you’d stopped responding communication was ok just never got the goods just lots of lame excuses. I’ve still got the lamps you sent me but the box is more use to me. If you don’t have them in stock you should say so. Also ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE!!!

I ordered 2light bulbs from Lamps2udirect and they sent me a different one to what I ordered. I sent it back as requested and I am still waiting for my refund. I cannot get through on the telephone so will never use this company again.

Hello Julia - Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We have checked your order and we definitely did not send you the wrong lamps. These were ordered in error, even though we urge people to check the dimensions in the product description, before ordering. We also have not received anything back from you, which will be why you have not been refunded. It's a shame you won't use us again, but in this instance it's difficult to see what we could have done differently.
