“I bought some 4-pin to screw bulb adapters. They didn't work and the screw bulbs failed to light up.”

Hello Ian - If you have been using 4-Pin fluorescent lamps, these will run from control gear (ballast etc) Standard lamps or LEDs do not run from control gear, so if you are using one of these lamps to convert, that will be why you are experiencing issues. We have not heard from you directly regarding this issue, but we would be happy to have these back, if you cannot use them?
