Not bad, excellent customer service but they didn't have the parts I wanted despite me ordering them and waiting. I received a refund and shopped elsewhere - they had the parts in stock and had them in my hands in the same time it took Lamps2udirect to inform me that my parts would take a while to get to them from their supplier.

The lamps took an extremely long time to be delivered. The back room staff were helpful

As discussed our smaller orders are despatched via Royal Mail and this time of year, we do unfortunately experience delays. We sent you two deliveries out on a 24 hours/first class service which took three days to get to you - This is not acceptable and usually does not happen any other time of the year. Thank you for your patience.
Item arrived on time. Expensive postage though for such an inexpensive, small item. However, I was unable to find the bulb needed elsewhere.

Good service. But waited about 10 days and didn't receive the bulbs, rang up to be told only had 2 in so held the order until could complete the order. It would have been good to have had an e-mail informing me of the delay.

The bulbs I bought were exactly what I required but speed of delivery and communication is not good. It was 10 days after I ordered and enquired as to the status of my order, that customer services replied, saying they weren't in stock and had to be ordered - although it said in stock when I ordered. Suddenly the stock was there and the order dispatched 2 days later. This has happened for each order and it seems unless you chase the order, it is delayed until you enquire. I might be wrong in my assumption but strange it's happened each time I've ordered from this company.

Ordered a led strip light for my kitchen, this replaced my old dull looking strip light. Wanted a brighter longer lasting LED which also is cheaper on the electricity to dave money as well. This is a good light bright and arrived in great condition. (Usually find glass or fragile items, aren't handled correctly, and arrive broken) But not in this case

Wouldn't order from you again. Still don't have the correct bulb for my night light after calling them. Short in the order then replacing the bulb with same one that I already ordered. I give up.

Hello Joy, Does this relate to the order you placed in error? You were using low voltage lamps in a 240 volt fitting? What lamp did we send that was incorrect? Hopefully we can resolve this for you.
I was not made aware of the additinol charges when placing the order, (Post to Ireland-import charges)

The address section on our site also defaults to UK, which is usually picked up by Export clients before ordering. I am sorry you missed this. They have a pretty good range, and their website is excellent and they're very helpful, but in my case, it took a long time to get my purchases.
