Paid for next day working day delivery but the items didint arrive as the order had not been processed internally. This caused siffnificatnt didruption to my work schudule. When I contacted them, they did resolve the issue quickley and the lights came the next day. However if i had not called, i suspect the lights would never have arrived. The £6.99 i paid for next day was reunded as a gesture of good will. Would not use again.

Lamps were supposed to be delivered within a few days. Nothing recieved after over a week, no communication.I chased up the order to be told they were out of stock would we be prepared to wait.Again nothing for another week I chased up again to recive a reply about faulty lamps ! A corrective email was snet by you saying please ignore previous email. lamps finally arrived. That is why I have put POOR against your survey.

Took so long to arrive that the bulb won't be needed till next Christmas! P&P cost was twice the price of the bulb

When my order arrived it was wrapped up in several different Christmas paper wrappings. These were used with a lot of selotape and gift stickers. I wasn't pleased as all this was not recylable. I didn't ask for other people's rubbish. At least the lamp inside was ok.

The lamp products that we bought and paid for were of very bad quality The lamp bulbs that we bought only partly worked We put in for a refund I sent all the issued receipts back with the faulty light bulbs but as of today 21/12/2023 I have had no response from this company not even some acknowledgment that my complaint was being processed and no kind of communication from this company

Charged and paid for 60watt bulbs but 40 watt sent, no reply to e-mail about this.

Sadly these were out-of-stock, although shown in-stock when we ordered and still showing in-stock after Lamps2u cancelled the order. We do need these for our Church as the lighting system does not work with LED bulbs and we really cannot afford to re-equip about 80 luminaires and the control/dimmer system. We hope they come back in the new year.

Good prices, quick service, however first 100W bulb lasted only 1 week. Second bulb lasted only 2 weeks. NOT IMPRESSED!!

I paid for delivery in 3-5 days. It was at least 10 days before it arrived. I was about to contact you to ask what had happened to my order. I did contact you and ask for my delivery charge to be refunded but there has been no response.

It took too long to arrive I rang sales asking when it would arrive no reply you sent me a discount 0f £5. Something not explaining what it was for and part of the order never arrived no explanation. If these are tide together then why not say so, your contact inside the worst I have seen. For 49 years I had ordered palates of bulbs ever month as we held over 165 different types of bulbs for displays churches most of them came from Bell as they were special larg bulbs mos of the stander one we’re from ring never once have I ever been treated like this. I know this order was peanuts But !

Wrong transformers delivered. When the correct transformers arrived they were wired incorrectly.

Placed 3 orders for some lightbulbs with no issues, website said they were in stock. Weeks later still no sign of the goods or any email to confirm shipping, when I chased this, I was informed all 3 of my orders were cancelled due to no stock - I wasn't informed of this. We received the refund fine but in the time it took for me to chase I could have ordered from elsewhere. Disappointing.

I ordered (2)fluorescent under cabinet light tubes, they were very packed,in a tube and bubble wrapped--unfortunately both were already rattleing obviously broken. The company's policy is to inform them within 48hrs of any breakages which I was unable to do for various reasons(my fault). I will now look to a electrician to replace all my lights to LED
