I bought some 4-pin to screw bulb adapters. They didn't work and the screw bulbs failed to light up.

Hello Ian - If you have been using 4-Pin fluorescent lamps, these will run from control gear (ballast etc) Standard lamps or LEDs do not run from control gear, so if you are using one of these lamps to convert, that will be why you are experiencing issues. We have not heard from you directly regarding this issue, but we would be happy to have these back, if you cannot use them?
I still have yet to receive my items as well as no response to my questions regarding where they are at, ordered a little over a month ago now. Paid extra for shipping to the states. Would be nice for a representative to reach out as I have tried.

I never recieved the lightbulbs,abd you refused to refund me,im going to trading standards because I have proof the order was delivered elsewhere, the parcel didn't have my correct address on it either, PayPal also refused my claim saying it has been delivered, unfortunately it was NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS,or anywhere near my address, check the address on the parcel label and check the address you should of sent it to.Its disgraceful that you treat customers this way,I entered into contract with you as soon as i paid for the parcel ,it's then your responsibility to ensure the correct address is on the parcel label and to ensure I receive the goods I paid for or recieve a full refund, the amount paid was minimal but because of the way ive been treated by you and PayPal I'm taking whatever steps necessary to either recieve the goods or recieve a full refund. I have proof that I never received the goods. I'm disgusted with your company.

There was no problem with the online service of Lamps2u but DPD, their delivery company, was a disgrace. After a week, I contacted Lamps2udirect who investigated. DPD claimed they had tried to deliver, which they clearly had not. It took a further 4 days to actually receive the lamp. No I would not use this company again unless they change their courier. A big disappointment!
