“Slow to despatch and then chose to send it 2nd class Royal Mail despite it being despatched late. Took over a week to arrive. Bulbs work fine but pretty annoying that I paid £5 for them to take over a week to arrive. On that basis I wouldn’t use these guys again.”

“Puchased 4 replacement lamps on behalf of a good custoer, fitted, and in within a week, 3 tubes failed due to hot spots. Contacted customer service, and was told it was the fittings and this had never happen before. The previous tubes had been fine for over 4 years!!!”
